Our terms govern your use of the dubay platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game participation, and dispute resolution. We've structured these terms to be transparent about what we require from you and what you can expect from us. By accessing dubay, you agree to these conditions.

This document covers account eligibility, payment processing via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank virtual accounts, our settlement rules for Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other markets, bonus and promotional terms, and how we handle disputes. We also explain the jurisdiction restrictions that apply: our services are available only where local law permits, and you are responsible for verifying that your access complies with your own jurisdiction's regulations.

Account eligibility and registration

When you join dubay, we require accurate personal information: full name, date of birth, email, phone number, and residential address. Your account balance is held in trust on dubay's platforms. Funds do not accrue interest and remain yours to withdraw at any time, subject to account verification and the terms below. To withdraw, request a withdrawal in your account menu, confirm your amount, and select your registered payment method. We process withdrawal requests during business hours and typically complete them within 1–2 business days. Bank transfers may take longer if your bank experiences delays.

All deposits are final. Once funds enter your dubay account, they cannot be returned to your payment method unless we have made an error (e.g., processing a duplicate deposit or accepting a deposit from an unverified account). Withdrawals must be to the payment method you used for deposit. If you used online payment, your withdrawal routes to e-wallet; if you used mobile banking virtual account, it routes there. This policy prevents fraud and money-laundering risk.

Bonuses and promotional terms

From time to time, we may offer promotional bonuses—for example, deposit bonuses or event-specific promotions. Each promotion comes with specific terms regarding eligibility, rollover requirements, maximum redemption amounts, and expiration dates. We describe these terms clearly when you opt into a promotion.

Bonuses are not guaranteed; we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at our discretion. If a bonus is cancelled, any unclaimed bonus funds are forfeited. Market settlement and dispute resolution

We settle markets according to official results from the relevant league or operator. For Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches, we use official league sources and settle within subject to verification of full-time. For Champions League and other international competitions, we settle according to the official competition organizer's published result. For live-dealer games (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette), settlement occurs immediately when the dealer's action concludes. For esports markets, we settle based on official tournament broadcasts and publisher-verified outcomes.

If you believe a settlement is incorrect, contact our support team within 24 hours of the settlement with your bet ID, match or game details, and your concern. We can review the settlement decision and, if an error is found, correct it and credit your account. We maintain full records of all settlements for audit and dispute purposes. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, we offer escalation through our compliance team.

We do not offer re-settlement based on subjective interpretations of rules or odds. Once a market settles according to our published rules, it is final unless we have made a documented processing error.

Jurisdiction restrictions and access terms
