Download and Installation
Our Android app is available directly from our website's app section. We do not list it on Google Play or other third-party stores to ensure you always download from the official source.
To install: visit our app pageselect the Android version, and follow your device's standard installation prompts. The app requires Android 8.0 or later and approximately 120 MB of storage. Once installed, you can either log in with an existing account or register a new one directly in the app.
Account Setup on Mobile
Registration takes subject to verification. We ask for your email, phone number, and date of birth. You'll then set a password and choose a username for your account profile.
After registration, we'll send a verification code to your email. Once you've entered it, your account is active and you can proceed to deposit. No waiting period—you can fund your account and begin exploring our games immediately.
Payment Flow on Mobile
The dubay app supports every payment method available on our desktop platform. Deposits process instantly; withdrawals follow standard verification windows.

To deposit, tap the "Deposit" button in your account menu, select your payment method, enter an amount, and confirm. For e-wallets, you'll be redirected to the e-wallet app to complete the transaction. For bank transfers, we'll generate a unique virtual account number—transfer the exact amount and your dubay wallet updates automatically.
Withdrawals
Tap "Withdraw" from your account menu, select your registered payment method, and enter your withdrawal amount. We process withdrawals subject to account verification. If you've registered recently or haven't withdrawn before, we may request document verification (ID and proof of address).
Verification typically completes within standard processing windows. Once approved, funds return to your original payment method. Track your withdrawal status in the app's transaction history.

Live Football Markets
Our football section features Liga 1 (Indonesian top division), Piala AFF (regional tournament), Champions League (European club competition), and other major leagues. Games are listed by date. For each fixture, we show available markets—1X2 (win/draw/loss), over/under, handicap, and more.
Matches are marked "Live" when they're underway. You can place bets on live markets until the event closes or the market settlement window expires. Our app displays live score updates and market changes in real time, though actual display latency depends on your network connection.
Live-Dealer Tables
We offer live Baccarat and Asia Gaming tables streamed from professional studios. Each table shows the current dealer, minimum bet, and table load. Tap a table to join; the video stream loads and you'll see the dealer and other players at the table.
Betting interfaces appear on screen. You select your bet amount and placement (e.g., Player, Banker, Tie in Baccarat), then confirm. The dealer spins / deals, and the outcome settles instantly. Chat is available at some tables—you can communicate with the dealer and other players in real time.

The dubay app is built for Indonesian 4G and home WiFi networks. Live video (dealer streams, score updates) adapts quality based on your connection speed. If your network is unstable, video may pause mobile bankingefly or reduce resolution automatically.
If you lose connection during a game, the app will attempt to reconnect. For live football or live-dealer games, your position in the market remains open until you rejoin or the market closes. If a bet settles while you're offline, the result is recorded in your transaction history once you reconnect.
